Yin Yang Pilates (the “Company”) is located in Lake Zurich, Illinois, and provides Pilates instruction, yoga classes, wellness services, workshops, private sessions, and related educational content (collectively, the “Services”).

4. Memberships

Memberships are governed by the separate Yin Yang Pilates Membership Agreement provided at enrollment.

Memberships may include recurring automatic billing. By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with your selected membership plan until the membership is canceled in accordance with the applicable Membership Agreement.

5. Cancellation & Attendance Policies

Studio cancellations, rescheduling requirements, membership freezes, no-show policies, and related procedures are governed by our current Studio Policies and Membership Agreement, as applicable.

As of the Effective Date of these Terms, classes and appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed classes or appointments may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session or applicable fees, in accordance with the applicable policies and agreements.

Policies may change from time to time. The applicable current policy or agreement will govern, subject to applicable law.

6. Health Disclaimer

Pilates, yoga, stretching, and other fitness activities involve physical movement and carry inherent risks.

Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for considering your own health and physical condition before participating.

You should consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, have an existing medical condition, or have concerns about engaging in physical activity.

Nothing on this Website is intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Waiver Requirement

Participation in studio Services requires completion of Yin Yang Pilates’ Liability Waiver and Release before attending classes or appointments.

By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that physical activities involve inherent risks and agree to follow applicable instructor guidance and studio safety instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this Website—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, class descriptions, educational materials, downloadable resources, and branding—is the property of Yin Yang Pilates or its applicable rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
