Pilates Mat

Essential & Intermediate Exercises focusing on core strength, posture alignment, balance, and flexibility. Pilates Mat will strengthen the deep stabilizers through five principals of stability and postural alignment.

Barre

This class combines the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics, the body-elongating practice of dance and the conditioning of pilates!

Curatio Healing

(Self Fascia Release)

In Latin “curatio” means to heal or cure. Curatio is a neurofascia release foam roller class that loosens up the connective tissue, increases muscle flexability, in additon to reducing pain.

Muscle Conditioning with Weights

A class focused on weight lifting to increase physical work capacity, improve bone density, promote fat free body mass, and strengthen connective tissue, muscles, & tendons.

Sculpt plus Curatio

This class start with 30 minutes of sculpt muscle conditioning designed to strengthen, stimulate, and hydrate fascia w. contralateral movement, squeeze, soak theory, & expansion. Then 30 minutes of Curatio creating myofascial release, healing, & relaxation.

Pilates Fusion

A fusion of Muscle Conditioning utilizing weights with a flow of pilates exercises. This class will rock your core and strengthen you from head to toe.

Gentle Yoga Essentials

Yoga for new comers and those that want to re-focus on fundamentals. Begin your journey by learning the basics of Hatha Flow step by step.

Ashtanga Twist

This Ashtanga inspired practice puts a contemplative twist on the fluid
foundation of Ashtanga practice. This fun, vigorous flow is a meditation in
motion, breath and stillness that brings the mind to focused awareness. The end result is long, strong limbs, a stable core and the serenity of a Yoga Mind.

Gentle Yoga

Focuses on slow stretches, flexibility, and deep breathing. Perfect for
beginners, those recovering from illness, or looking for a slower paced class.

Hatha Flow Yoga

A multi-level class open to practitioners of all abilities. Hatha yoga combines
stretching and strengthening movements with breath awareness. The focus is to
remove stress, bring deep relaxation, peace and greater flexibility to your
body and mind.

Hatha Flow & Align

This Class Combines breath work – Pranayama – with a variety of physical postures – Ananas – and deep relaxation – Savasana. This is perfect for the practitioner who prefers slow, steady, and specific instructions for transition
through each pose. All levels are welcome and variations will be offered so more advanced students can move into deeper Asanas.

Restorative Yoga & Meditation

This 60 Minute practice utilizes a variety of yoga props in specific postures
and breathing exercises to facilitate healing and rejuvenation of the body. A
guided meditation concludes the practice, leaving you feeling grounded, peaceful, and free of tension.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

An energetic series of poses intended to invigorate the mind & body
connection. The practice tends to demand more body-awareness and strength than
a beginners class.

Yin Yoga

The deep, lengthening postures of Yin Yoga are the perfect denouement to a vigorous Ashtanga practice, or for any high-intensity athlete who spends most workouts pushing their endurance to the mac. This deep, opening practice releases built-up toxins and eliminates everyday stress from the body. Use this soothing practice as a serene time to reflect, decompress, and clear your mind for the coming week as your body surrenders to the Asanas.

Yoga Tone & Flow

A twist on Hatha yoga flow adding core work and strength training. This energizing class for all levels compliments the stretching and breath practice of traditional yoga.

This class uses a variety of balls to release muscle tension and fascia in the body with healing and relaxing. After this class you will feel like you just had a Great Massage and a calm mind, body, and spirit. Body rolling increases flexibility, improves Blood Circulation through fascia and muscles, improves posture, increases the range of motion and increases organ function.
