PILATES AND YOGA SCHEDULE
We help people who are finally finding the time to focus on themselves move better, with less pain. Our clients tell us travel is easier (“I don’t need help lifting my carry on into the overhead bin”), their hobbies are more enjoyable (“my golf game has improved since we started working together”), and they are able to do life better (“classes have helped lessen my lower back pain”).
We offer Pilates classes on the mat, with equipment, as well as yoga sessions and a range of classes that meet our goal of providing optimal health to our clients.
