We at Yin Yang Pilates are dedicated to offering classes that are aimed at helping you achieve optimal health of your body, mind, and spirit. Come and join our one-on-one appointments or our small group sessions.

Our Pilates classes can improve flexibility, and joint mobility, decrease back pain, supplement in post-rehabilitation of injuries, as well as from surgery. We help you move freely and feel strong in your body.

All new clients are required to participate in a one-on-one Exploratory Session, where we will discuss your goals, explore where you are physically, introduce you to the Pilates reformer, and create a plan to help you in your journey.

Personal training in yoga and/or on the Pilates equipment. Your trainer will work with you to prepare a practice that is exactly what you need, on your schedule.
Exploratory sessions are for new or returning clients only. All sessions are 55 minutes. If you plan to come once a week, you will purchase the 4 sessions, twice a week the 8 sessions, and three times a week the 12 sessions.

Pilates Essentials - 55 min

Intro to Pilates and the reformer and other key pieces of equipment. Also appropriate for those returning from injuries, or with conditions that require a slower paced class.

Pilates Mixed Equipment - 55 min

All levels, small group equipment class. Exploratory session required.

Pilates Reformer Stretch - 55 min

Slower paced class focused and stretching your muscles. All levels.

Balance, Coordination, & Stretch - 55 min

Slower paced class with an emphasis on the mind/body connection.

Reformer Intermediate/Advanced - 55 min

Advanced exercises in a class that will move faster as participants are expected to know the exercises and the equipment. Instructor recommendation.

Yoga Tone & Flow - 50 min

Yoga class with an emphasis on toning and alignment. Shorter holds, flow, and possibly repetition. May use props or weights. All levels but experience preferred.

Restorative Yoga - 60 min

Meditative practice with long held poses. Use of bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc to support you. No experience necessary.

Vinyasa Flow - 75 or 55 min

Flor through a mindful sequence of poses with intention and your breath.

Gentle Yoga - 50 min

Gentle class with an emphasis on stretching and relaxing. All levels and abilities.

Midday Yoga Express - 45 min

Well-balanced yoga flow to reset your day. All levels and abilities.

Yoga Int/Adv: Strong Flow - 55 min

Flow through a mindful sequence of poses with intention and your breath. Intermediate and advanced levels.

Energizing Stretch - 25 min

Wake up and stretch. All levels and abilities. Can sit in a chair, if needed.

Restorative Pilates Mat - 55 min

Slower paced Pilates mat class with an emphasis on fundamentals and stretching. All levels and abilities.

Barre, Mat, Cardio & More - 50 min

Blend Pilates, Yoga, Strength training and Barre.

Pilates Mat - 50 min

Pilates exercises performed on a mat. Focus on core strength.

Pilates Mat: Strong - 50 min

Pilates-inspired exercises performed on a mat. Focus on core strength and use of props.

* All packages, with the exception of Monthly Unlimited Group Fit and Monthly 10, expire three months from the date of purchase.
